SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within a 48-hour window from the time the order is received by the Warehouse. Orders selected for Next Day Shipping that are placed before 1:00PM EST Monday - Thursday will ship the same day. Any orders with Next Day Shipping placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Nifty Genius is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by clearing times for orders passing through the fraud protection system.

Free U.S. shipping is available on all orders with a minimum purchase amount of $100 before any applicable taxes. International orders are excluded from free shipping and are subject to international rates and duties depending on the carrier. Expedited shipping is available on all orders. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. All packages will be shipped using UPS, USPS, or DHL. 



RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

To comply with sanitary safety regulations, Nifty Genius Masks are final sale and not eligible for any type of return. Sale items, Candles, Apothecary, and Yellow 108 products are also final sale and ineligible for returns. All other items returned within 15 days of original purchase at full price will be refunded in full. All items must be unworn and in original condition of purchase, see below for product return details.

Nifty Genius will NOT cover the cost of return shipping on any domestic and international RETURNS. Purchases made with promo codes, discounts or on bundles are NOT eligible for refund. Purchases made with promo codes or discounts are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. Products on sale are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. Returns made after 15 days of the order shipment date but before 30 days will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

All items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and one can be obtained by clicking the link below. 

Refunds:
Once the order is received and inspected, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days) and credit card refunds typically will show anywhere from 3-7 business days after processing however, time is dependent on each customer’s financial institution. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges:
For all exchanges, you must request the desired size you would like in exchange and add any applicable notes to the return request. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team, the RMA is then processed through our system within 1-3 business days and your new item(s) will be shipped out. Should you need to expedite your shipment, you can do so at your own expense. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.
