SHIPPING:

All orders will be processed and shipped within a 48-hour window from the time the order is received by the Company. Orders selected for Next Day shipping that are placed before 1:00PM EST will ship the same day, providing the order has matching shipping and billing addresses. Please note that all orders must clear the fraud protection program, which may result in additional order processing delays. Nifty Genius is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by clearing times for orders passing through the fraud protection system.  If you select Next Day shipping on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Saturday delivery is available in only certain geographic regions and must be requested by e-mailing info@nifty-genius.com.

 

*International orders are excluded from free shipping and are subject to international rates per carrier.

 

Shipping and Processing Fees:

Free U.S. shipping is available on all orders with a minimum purchase amount of $50 (before tax).

Expedited shipping is available - rates will be calculated at checkout depending on package weight and destination.

UPS, USPS, & DHL (international orders only)

 

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

All items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any item returned with out a RMA number will be subject to a $15 restocking fee. If the item is returned without a RMA number, is lost in transit, and can not be located, a $30 lost item fee will be charged.  See below how to obtain an RMA number. 

All items returned within 15 days of original purchase at full price will be refunded in full. All items must be unworn and in original condition of purchase, see below for product return details. Note, cars and watches are excluded.

Nifty Genius will NOT cover the cost of return shipping on any domestic/international RETURNS. Purchases made with promo codes, discounts or bundles are NOT eligible for refund.  Purchases made with promo codes / discounts are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. 

Returns made after 15 days of the order shipment date but before 30 days will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

Refunds: Once the order is received and inspected, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days) and credit card refunds typically will show anywhere from 3-7 business days after processing however, time is dependent on each customer’s financial institution. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.  Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

 

Exchanges / Replacement Policy:

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, see below how to obtain an RMA number. 

Nifty Genius will NOT cover shipping on domestic/international EXCHANGES. For all exchanges, you must request the desired item.  Promo codes ARE eligible for exchange.  

 

ReplacementsOnce the order is received and inspected, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days) and a replacement item(s) will be issued and will ship via UPSGround. You can expedite your order at your expense.  If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.

Footwear

Please return all items, including the dust bag, extra laces and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to ensure fit & protect the soles. Nifty Genius will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase is dirty or has been worn outdoors.

Bags / Accessories

All packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, pillow inserts and leather tags should be included with your return.

Apothecary

Grooming products can be returned unopened in the original packaging.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any open Skincare, Haircare, or Fragrance items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully. 

Technology

Technology products should be returned in the original packaging.

Eyewear

Please return all items, including the dust cloth, bag or box.
