Returns:
Please fill out our Returns Form. Nifty Genius offers a satisfaction guarantee on all products! All items returned within 90 days of purchase will be refunded in full. All items must be unworn and in original condition of purchase, see below for product return details. All items returned outside of 90 days of purchase may be subject to exchange or store credit only.

Refunds:
Please fill out our Returns Form. Once completed, we will contact you with a return label and information on how to process the return. Once the order is received and inspected, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days). Credit card refunds typically will show anywhere from 3-7 business days after processing. However, time is dependent on each customer’s financial institution. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
